All other returns must be cleared with Painted Pony by calling (940)686-0680. If a return authorization number is approved and given, then the customer will be responsible for shipment costs back to the store. SHIPPING UPS Ground or US Postal ground is our standard shipping. We can only ship withing the United States at this time. Painted Pony does carry a physical inventory of many items but not all. Some items may require 2-8 weeks for delivery. Larger items could be drop shipped directly to the customer from the distributor. If additional shipping charges are incurred due to large objects (such as furniture) you will be contacted.
